| Description |
This position is for the content management team in Toronto. As a member of the content management team you will be involved in content conversion and media handling. In conjunction with customer specifications, you will ensure that converted electronic content meets NRX business standards.

| Primary Responsibilities |
Critical to the success of our products, this role is responsible for:
- Making decisions on structure of the content based on the defined methodology, experience and scope of project
- Owning the process of defining and producing structured electronic data from various media input
- Ensuring quality of electronic images and data converted
- Providing input for continuous improvement of NRX’s Content Management processes and tools
- Converting customer raw data content into the NRX standard electronic format

| Scope of Principal Duties |
- Perform Quality Assurance to ensure the accuracy and usability of parts books, drawing books and equipment-operating manuals, which originated from individual electronic images
- Use NRX’s proprietary software to organize and publish data to be viewed in Asset Center Viewer
- Provide constructive feedback to content processors in reference to the work they produce
- Interact with internal and customer personnel regarding the utilization of electronic media
- Data entry of some elements to complete a data set
- Technical writing to maintain methodology documentation
- Interface with content service providers

Education
Bachelors Degree
Experience
1+ years in imaging technology, technical publishing, or industrial equipment fields would be a strong asset.
Special Skills, Knowledge, Other
- Understanding of scanning and digital image handling such as ACDSee, DeBabelizer and OmniPage Pro
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to focus on meeting requirements, pay attention to detail, and maintain a high level of accuracy while performing repetitive work
- Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and remain flexible regarding job duties that change according to customer priorities and internal requirements

| Dimension of Position |
This is an important role in the delivery of the NRX solution to our customers. The role interfaces with the Technology, Client Services, Sales, and Project Management Office groups.
Training will be provided.

The Functional Solutions Consultant understands and/or challenges the business requirements and develops the means to configure the respective NRX solutions to support these requirements. This role includes troubleshooting and recommending alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

- Primary domain and solution subject matter expert for project execution
- Utilize and apply proven practices on projects, gleaned from experience and consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Hands on application expert
- Prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list, business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations, process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives
- Participate in practice development by supporting sales activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and a network of professional organizations or affiliations

| Qualifications |
- 4-8 years of experience as both an implementer and business user of PLM, PDM, EAM or AIM solutions
- Deep functional expertise of the activities within the business processes (not necessarily the end-to-end) and the methods that NRX performs these activities
- Experience in asset lifecycle information management principles (design-build-operate-maintain-retire)
- Experience in developing / implementing various test strategies (Module-, Integration, User-Acceptance and Stress-Test) and experience in developing training materials

| Description |
The NRX Product Management team is responsible for the strategic direction of the product and the articulation of that vision into a comprehensive business plan in collaboration with the NRX management team, sales and marketing and product development.
As a key member of the Product Management Team, the Product Manager is focused on taking new product ideas from concept to reality by understanding the market opportunities, developing and communicating product specifications to key stakeholders, helping guide the development and QA processes to ensure the product functions as required, and participating in go-to-market activities. The Product Manager is actively engaged in the product design process with a specific focus on ensuring a satisfactory and consistent user experience and user interface across NRX solutions.

- Engage in product and market research to understand the market, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Interface with sales, field services, business partners, industry analysts, and customers to gather feedback on the current product and input on future requirements.
- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Working collaboratively with product development, develop comprehensive functional specifications for new products/features and assist in all processes required to bring the product or feature to market. This includes the creation of supporting documentation, market positioning statements, presentations, and demonstrations

Education
University degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Business, Marketing) MBA or Masters degree preferred.
Experience
Familiar with the business process and information system requirements of large asset intensive industries (Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Pulp&Paper, A&D, etc.). 5+ years software product management experience.

- Industry experience in Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Lifecycle Product Data Management, Engineering Handover, and Maintenance, operations and supply chain/materials management
- Experienced with the product management function in a growth oriented software company including UI design

Impact on Day to Day Operations
Developing, maintaining and communicating the strategic vision for the NRX solutions and working with other groups in NRX to develop and market the company's products is essential to the success of the organization. The Product Manager will play an integral role in achieving the goals and objectives of the Product Management group.
Dollar Magnitude of Responsibility
The Product Manager may be required to manage other members of the Product Management department and support the Director, Product Management in discharging the responsibilities of the department. This may require taking responsibility and being accountable for project budgets and some aspects of the overall Product Management budget.

The role requires manual and/or automated testing as well as replication of issues arising during customer implementations of various NRX solutions.
You will work as a member of NRX QA team to ensure that a superior software solution is delivered to the customers.

| Responsibilities |
- Participating in the full life cycle of a software development which includes manual and/or automated testing, creation of testing documentation, analyzing functional specifications, software installation, system configuration and customization
- Reporting/verification of issues discovered during testing
- To effectively troubleshoot issues encountered during product implementation and help identify and address issues submitted to NRX customer support
- Interact with software developers to reproduce issues and track all bug reports to resolution
- Analyze functional requirement specifications and identify specific test points within its scope
- Effectively employ automation to reduce testing cycles of repeated tasks
- Generate/assemble test data, documentation and test cases to support testing process
