Marketing Manager

Overview
HubHead Corp., a leading software solutions company targeted to large asset-intensive industries (including oil & gas, chemicals, mining and utilities) is seeking a Marketing Manager. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, HubHead Corp. is looking for a motivated and driven individual to promote HubHead in the marketplace.

Reporting to the President, the Marketing Manager will assist in the development and execution of HubHead’s marketing and communication strategies as well as its value proposition in the marketplace. You will play a key role in creating HubHead’s Marketing Plan and Budget, plus work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, partners and other key stakeholders) to help HubHead achieve its sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include

  • Develop and manage HubHead’s integrated marketing campaigns for key markets and verticals
  • Manage HubHead’s social media pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Develop effective advertising campaigns on Hubhead’s social media platforms- this includes monitoring campaign performance, reviewing analytics and exploring tools to engage HubHead’s target audience
  • Explore, propose and spearhead new marketing initiatives
  • Manage the development of marketing deliverables such as: PowerPoint presentations, online advertising, landing pages, product/corporate literature, white papers, promotional materials, sales presentations, company blog and website content
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop content for lead generation opportunities
  • Design inbound marketing campaigns and eblasts to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Administer HubHead’s Marketing budget
  • Manage a small marketing team
  • Manage events including tradeshows, road shows, seminars, webinars and executive forums

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B markets
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including managing social media pages for B2B, content creation and digital advertising
  • Solid understanding and experience working with a CRM platform
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Good customer presence with effective presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with passion to succeed in an informal fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Experience managing people
  • Strong work ethic, professional and dedicated

Assets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Technically literate, familiar with emerging technologies and trends in information architecture; ability to communicate effectively with Product Management on the importance/relevance of new product capabilities
  • Experience in the software and technology industry
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
