Alfred Yang – Vice President of Global Customer Service

Alfred Yang has worked extensively with multinational companies across many verticals, including oil and gas, mining, and power and utilities. Since joining NRX in 2012, he has driven success and thought leadership through our offering of products and professional services. Alfred has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, where he held various leadership roles in R&D, professional services and sales engineering. He was director of presales at Dyadem International, where his contributions to the company’s success led to Dyadem’s acquisition in 2011 by IHS Inc. His solid career also includes senior roles with IBM and Salesforce.com.

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, also at U of T.
