Paul Gray, Chief Executive Officer

Since 1993, Paul has been actively involved as an entrepreneur in the funding and strategic development of numerous start-up companies which collectively raised in excess of $US400 million. His experience has exposed him to a wide variety of start-up related issues in all areas of a developing software company including software development, sales, marketing, alliances, and operations.

At NRX, Paul guides the strategic vision and direction of the company and is actively involved with key customers and partners. He dedicates a substantial amount of his time to the recruitment of talented employees, and building and maintaining a cohesive management team.

Scott Frazer, Senior Vice President of Alliances

Scott Frazer brings over 20 years of relationship management experience from his careers in the investment banking and software industries. He is responsible for relationship management and strategic development activities with systems integrators and key software partners, including SAP and OSIsoft. Partnership activities with SAP led to the development of VIP, NRX’s Collaborative Enterprise Asset Management solution, one of the first cross-applications to be developed by an SAP software partner using SAP NetWeaver technology.

David Gray, Chief Operating Officer

David Gray directs NRX's product management, solution implementation, and day-to-day operations. David contributes more than 20 years of diverse experience in finance, operations, procurement, and product management, the last seven of which were spent with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and the Blackstone Group. At NRX David oversees the technology and operations functions, and leads multi-functional teams tasked with assessing business opportunities, implementing projects, and transferring best practices methodologies to customer organizations.

Glenn Morell, Chief Technology Officer

Glenn Morell oversees NRX's product architecture and application development efforts. Glenn's background includes 12 years of product management, web-based development, and architecture experience, most recently with BackWeb Technologies and Delrina. At NRX he leads a highly skilled and motivated team of technical specialists, in the development of enterprise software with a unique combination of content, workflow, and project management functionality.

Dan King, Vice President and Corporate Counsel

Dan King deals with all legal aspects of NRX's business, including customer contracts, alliance relationships, intellectual property protection, and regulatory and governance matters. On a day-to-day basis Dan provides legal perspective as part of the management team. Dan brings to NRX 18 years of diverse corporate and commercial experience in private legal practice, most recently as a partner at Lafleur Brown.
